Church Notices

There is a happy band of hand bell ringers who meet every Tuesday evening at 7.00pm (for one hour) . We would really welcome anyone else who would be interested in joining us. We don't always play hymns but do include some in the practise session for whichever season it is. It would help a lot to have one or two extra people to cover when others are away. Contact Sally Sherwood 07787 500400 to join us on our informal and fun evenings.

Church Lending Library

Everything from novels to biographies, travel and self help books and even a few children's books are now available to lend from Speke Chapel in the church. We would be delighted for anyone to borrow a book or. You can even take it away for good for a small donation. A book will be available for you to sign, simply so we are able to keep a tab on which books are most sought after. Donations of any books will also be gratefully accepted.

2nd Sunday of the Month

 10.00am  -  A lay led service

Alternate months it will be Morning Worship and then Mattins from the Book of Common Prayer

 

3rd Sunday of the Month

 6.00pm  -  EVENSONG

 10.00am  -  WORSHIP FOR ALL With refreshments after the service
